Krešimir Mihalic

Krešimir Mihalic is a partner in the Law Firm Smolčić and Partners and his area of work includes the restructuring of public companies with an emphasis on labor relations, due diligence of business entities, bankruptcy, pre-bankruptcy law, transport law and European law.

He graduated from the Faculty of Law in Osijek in 2006. and passed the bar exam in 2009.

He is especially distinguished in holding high positions as a member of the ethics committee of the Clinical Hospital Center Zagreb since 2019, member of the Appeals Commission FIBA.

Krešimir, like many lawyers, is a big fan of sports with 12 years of experience as president of the Croatian Basketball Association.

Together with its partner, it provides consulting services in some of the largest restructurings in the Republic of Croatia. He is also in constant collaboration with professors from the Faculty of Law, University of Zagreb on various complex professional issues.

Krešimir is also fluent in English and Russian with a good knowledge of German and excellent IT knowledge.
