Hela Stipčić

Hela graduated from the Faculty of Law, University of Zagreb in 2013., and in 2016. passed the bar exam.

She has been a member of the Smolčič & Partners Law Firm since 2017.

Her field of work includes drafting documents (contracts, statements, agreements, settlements, etc.), drafting lawsuits, proposals, regular and extraordinary legal remedies and other submissions, representing parties before courts and other bodies, providing other forms of legal assistance, organizing office operations, damages, compulsory law, company law, enforcement law, labor law, property law and land registry law.

She is fluent in English with a good knowledge of German.
